DMM Advertising
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. Services
Digital Marketing Masters ("DMM", "we", "us") provides paid media management services for dental practices, including campaign strategy, account buildout, ad management, landing page recommendations, and performance reporting across the advertising platforms selected at checkout.
By placing an order you engage DMM to build and manage your paid media program as described on the order page.
2. Contract term
Month-to-month plans renew each month until cancelled. Programs purchased with the six-month contract option run for an initial term of six (6) consecutive months from the date of your first payment and renew month to month after the initial term.
The six-month contract option includes a discounted monthly management fee in exchange for the initial six-month commitment.
3. Billing and payment
Management fees and your monthly advertising budget are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method provided at checkout. One-time launch and strategy fees are billed at checkout.
All payments are final and non-refundable. DMM does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused advertising budget, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with results. Once a payment is processed, it is not reversible.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and may retry the payment method. Accounts with past-due balances may have campaign management paused until the balance is current.
All fees are in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Advertising budget
Your monthly advertising budget is collected with your management fee and applied to your ad campaigns on the platforms selected for your program. Ad platform spending varies with auction dynamics, so actual monthly delivery may be slightly above or below the budget amount.
You may request budget changes through your client portal or by contacting your strategist. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise arranged.
5. Cancellation
Month-to-month programs may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days written notice to support@dmmadvertising.com. Service continues through the end of the paid period.
Six-month contract programs may be cancelled effective at the end of the initial six-month term with thirty (30) days written notice. Early cancellation of a six-month contract requires payment of the remaining discounted management fees for the initial term.
Upon cancellation we will return or transfer administrative access to your advertising accounts where platform policy allows.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, required verification documents (including business registration and EIN documentation), and timely access to the advertising accounts, assets, and approvals reasonably needed to run your campaigns.
You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made in your ads and for compliance with licensing and advertising rules that apply to your business.
7. Results and reporting
We provide performance reporting through your client portal using the metrics you supply and platform data. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, pricing, seasonality, and your sales process. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue, or return on ad spend.
Clients enrolled at a founding-client rate receive that rate for an initial term of three (3) consecutive months from the date of first payment, renewing month to month at the then-current standard rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. Founding clients agree, as a condition of that rate, that DMM may publish their campaign results as a case study, including spend, return, and outcome figures. A client's business name may be kept anonymous on request. Standard-rate clients are not included in case studies without separate written agreement.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
DMM retains full ownership of all agency intellectual property, including campaign structures, strategies, bidding methods, scripts, templates, frameworks, internal processes, reporting systems, and know-how, whether developed before or during your engagement. No license or transfer of agency IP is granted to you by these terms.
Your business information, customer data, and creative assets you supply remain your property. Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services is limited to the management fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
