1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit the DMM website, purchase a program, or use the client portal. The goal is to be transparent while keeping the site useful and secure.
2. Information collected
This site may collect limited, non-personal information automatically:
- Pages viewed and general browsing behavior
- Device and browser type

If you choose to send an email, submit a strategy call request, or purchase a program, only the information you include is received.

This information is used solely to set up, verify, and manage your advertising accounts. 6. Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand visitor behavior and measure ad performance. These services may use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data sharing
No personal information is sold. Data is only shared with trusted service providers that help operate the business, such as analytics platforms, payment processing (Stripe), and the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, and similar) where your campaigns run.
8. Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to the policies of the analytics providers used. Client business documents, EIN, and account records are retained for the duration of your engagement and as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your documents at any time (see Your rights below).
9. Security
Access to client data is restricted to authorized staff. Documents are stored in private storage with per-client access controls, portal access requires authentication, and sensitive internal materials are access-logged. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are in place to protect your information.
